They say if you can’t beat them join them? This seems to be the approach that Sen. John McCain was thinking when he selected Gov. Sarah Palin to possibly replace Sen. Hillary Clinton.
It takes a girl to beat a girl and a woman to beat a woman. While Palin may proclaim to be one forceful pit bull, she has not yet gone to battle with a Bigfoot like Hillary Clinton. However, both women will most likely not directly challenge or attack one another.
This leaves the Democratic Party with a real problem, as Clinton now becomes Obama’s greatest asset for fighting Palin and McCain? Some say Palin may be the best thing that ever happened to Clinton and possibly this battle will help Obama lose and speeds up Clinton’s next Presidential run.
According to The New York Times, Mrs. Clinton, meanwhile, has a legacy to protect: She has no intention of turning over her “18 million cracks in the glass ceiling,” as she called her supporters, to Ms. Palin, a social conservative whose policy positions are poison in Hillaryland. What is more, Mrs. Clinton wants to be the one to make history as the first woman to win at the top of a presidential ticket, be it in 2012 or 2016.
One thing now for certain, Hillary Clinton is practicing for her next Presidential run! Should Obama trust Hillary Clinton? I think that trust for Obama and Hillary has been a clash from the start and a primary reason he did not select her as his VP.
All eyes are watching Hillary and believe me she knows.

Suffragettes were opposed by many women who were what was known as 'anti.'
The most influential 'anti' lived in the White House. First Lady Edith Wilson was a wealthy Washington widow who married President Wilson in 1915.
Her role in Wilson's decision to jail and torture Alice Paul and hundreds of other suffragettes will never be fully known, but she was outraged that these women picketed her husband's White House.
